SECTIONS 6.7, 7 .7, 8.7, 9.7 and 10.7 of the <br /> above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 are hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Section 6 .7 Lot Width. The minimum average lot width <br /> shall be 50 feet. Every lot shall have a minimum of 35 feet <br /> of frontage on a public street for a single-family dwelling, <br /> and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage on a public street for <br /> a duplex, multiple dwelling, or dwelling group. Any lot <br /> qualifying as a building site under the provisions of <br /> Section 1.9 of this ordinance, although such lot does not <br /> meet the standards of this section, shall be limited to one <br /> single-family dwelling. <br /> "5ection 7 .7 Lot Width. Every lot shall have a minimum of 35 feet <br /> of frontage on a public street for a single-family dwelling, <br /> and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage on a public street for <br /> a duplex, multiple dwelling, or dwelling group.
