Every lot shall have a minimum of 35 feet <br /> of frontage on a public street for a single-family dwelling, <br /> and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage on a public street for <br /> a duplex, multiple dwelling, or dwelling group. Any lot <br /> qualifying as a building site under the provisions of <br /> Section 1.9 of this ordinance, although such lot does not <br /> meet the standards of this section, shall be limited to one <br /> single-family dwelling . <br /> "Section 10.7 Lot Width. The minimum average lot width <br /> shall be 70 feet. Every lot shall have a minimum of 35 feet <br /> of frontage on a pub lic street f or a single-family dwelling, <br /> and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage on a public street for <br /> a duplex, multiple dwelling, or dwelling group. Any lot <br /> qualifying as a building site under the provisions of <br /> Section 1.9 of this ordinance, although such lot does not <br /> meet the standards of this section, shall be limited to one <br /> single-family dwelling." <br /> SECTION 4.
