Section 6. 2 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964 , as amended, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 6. 2 Permitted Uses. The following <br /> structures and uses are permitted in the R-2 District: <br /> " (a) Single-family dwellings. <br /> " (b) Two-family (duplex) dwellings. <br /> " (c) Three-family (triplex) dwellings. " <br /> SECTION 2. Section 6. 6 of the abovem�ntione�: Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 6. 6 Lot Area. The minimum building site <br /> area shall be 5,000 square feet for a single-family <br /> dwelling, 7 ,500 square feet for a two-family (duplex) <br /> dwelling, and 10, 000 square feet for a three-family <br /> (triplex) dwelling. Additional minimum building site <br /> area requirements greater than those specified in this <br /> section shall be determined in accordance with the pro- <br /> visions of Section 32. 2 , ' Supplementary Lot Area Re- <br /> quirements for Sloping Sites, ' under the conditions <br /> therein specified. " <br /> SECTION 3. Section 6.7 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br />' No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 6. 7 Lot Width.
