Section 8 .12 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 8 . 12 Lot Size Exception. Notwithstanding <br /> the building site area and average lot width provisions <br /> of �ections8. 6 and 8. 7 , any parcel having an area of at <br /> least 4 , 000 square feet and an average lot width of at <br /> least 40 feet may have constructed thereon a single- <br /> family dwelling. The provisions of this section shall <br /> be applicable only to parcels which were lawfully created <br /> prior to the adoption of this ordinance but not to such <br /> parcels if, subsequent to the adoption of this ordinance, <br /> that parcel and any adjoining parcel were under the same <br /> ownership. Any lot qualifying as a building site under <br /> the provisions of Section 32. 4 of this ordinance, although <br /> such lot does not meet the standards of this article, <br /> shall be limited to one single-family dwelling. " <br /> SEGTION 10. Section 9. 2 of the abovemen.ti�ned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 9 . 2 Permitted Uses. The following <br /> structures and uses are permitted in the R-4 District: <br /> " (a) Single-family dwellings. <br /> " (b) Two-family (duplex) dwellings. <br /> " (c) Multiple dwellings. " <br /> SECTION 11. Section 9. 6 of the abovementio.ned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> "Section 9. 6 Lot Area. The minimum building site <br /> area shall be 5, 000 square feet for a single-family <br /> dwelling, 7 , 500 square feet for a two-family (duplex) <br /> dwelling, 10,000 square feet for a three-family (triplex) <br /> dwelling, and 1,500 square feet for each additional <br /> -4- <br />
