. , <br /> .' , ' �, ,,� <br /> �� � <br /> family unit in excess of three units on the same lot. <br /> Additional minimum building site area requirements <br /> greater than those specified in this section shall be <br /> determined in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 32. 2, ' Supplementary Lot Area Requirements for Sloping <br /> Sites, ' under the conditions therein specified. " <br /> SECTION 12. Section 9. 7 of the abovem�ntioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 9 . 7 Lot Width. The minimum average lot <br /> width shall be 50 feet for a single-family dwelling, 60 <br /> feet for a two-family (duplex) dwelling, and 75 feet for <br /> a multiple dwelling. Every lot shall have a minimum of <br /> 35 feet of frontage on a public street for a single- <br /> family dwelling, and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage <br /> on a public street for a two-family (duplex) dwelling, <br /> multiple dwelling, or building group. " <br /> SECTION 13 . Section 9. 12 of the abovem�ntianed Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 9. 12 Lot Size Exception. Notwithstanding <br /> the building site area and average lot width provisions of <br /> Sections 9. 6 and 9. 7 , any parcel having an area of at <br /> least 4, 000 square feet and an average lot width of at <br /> least 40 feet may have constructed thereon a single-family <br /> dwelling. The provisions of this section shall be <br /> applicable only to parcels which were lawfully created <br /> prior to the adoption of this ordinance but not to such <br /> parcels if, subsequent to the adoption of this ordinance, <br /> that parcel and any adjoining parcel were under the <br /> same ownership.
