Section 10. 2 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 10. 2 Permitted Uses. The following <br /> structures and uses are permitted in the R-5 District: <br /> " (a) Single-family dwellings. <br /> " (b) Two-family (duplex) dwellings. <br /> " (c) Multiple dwellings. " <br /> SECTION 15. Section 10. 6 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 10. 6 Lot Area. The minimum building site <br /> area shall be 5, 000 square feet for a single-family <br /> dwelling, 7 , 500 square feet for a two-family (duplex) <br /> dwelling, 10,000 square feet for a three-family (triplex) <br /> dwelling, and 1, 000 square feet for each additional family <br /> unit in excess of three units on the same lot. Additional <br /> minimum building site area requirements greater than <br /> those specified in this section shall be determined in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Section 32. 2, ' Supplementary <br /> Lot Area Requirements for Sloping Sites, ' under the condi- <br /> tions therein specified. " <br /> SECTION 16. Section 10.7 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 10. 7 Lot Width. The minimum average <br /> lot width shall be 50 feet for a single-family dwelling, <br /> 60 feet for a two-family (duplex) dwelling, and 75 feet <br /> for a multiple dwelling. Every lot shall have a minimum <br /> of 35 feet of frontage on a public street for a single- <br /> family dwelling, and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage <br /> on a public street for a two-family (duplex) dwelling, <br /> multiple dwelling, or dwelling group.
