Notwithstanding <br /> the building site area and average lot width provisions <br /> of Sections 10. 6 and 10.7 , any parcel having an area <br /> of at least 4 , 000 square feet and an average 1ot width <br /> of at least 40 feet may have constructed thereon a single� <br /> �amily dwelling, The provisions of this section shall be <br /> ap�licable only to parcels which were lawfully created <br /> prior to the adoption of this ordinance but not such <br /> parcels if, subsequent to the adoption of this ordinance , <br /> that parcel and any adjoining parcel were under the same <br /> ownership. Any lot qualifying as a building site under <br /> the provisions of Section 32.4 of this ordinance, although <br /> such lot does not meet the standards of this article, shall <br /> be ],imited to one single-family dwelling, �` <br /> SECTTON 18 . Section 7 . 1 is hereby added to the abovem�n�ianed <br /> Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br /> "Section 7 .1 RG Garden Apartments District. Refer <br /> to Article 8 , R-3 Multi-Family--Low Density District for <br /> applicable standards for this district. " <br /> SECTION 19. Section 6. 12 of the abovem�ntioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 20. Section 8 .10 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 21. Article 7 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 22.
