Wilsey Ham will perform the scope of <br /> work for the amount of $144,244.00. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> Council may choose not to approve the propose agreement with Wilsey Ham and direct <br /> staff to find alternate means of completing the work, or modify the scope of work, or <br /> select other consultants. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Funds for this project were appropriated under Sewer Fund Capital Projects-Marina <br /> Pump Station. The budget has an available balance of $300,000.00, as of July 31, <br /> 2014. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> As the lead agency, the City of Redwood City has determined that entering into an <br /> agreement for the design of the pump stations as proposed in this report meets the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption criteria as set forth in Section <br /> 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction) of the CEQA Regulations.
