3. Provide new 80kw diesel generator. Coordinate with Bay Area Air Quality <br /> Management District (BAAQMD) regarding permit to construct requirements. <br /> 4. Provide new variable frequency drive (VFD) and motor control center (MCC) <br /> panel. <br /> 5. Replace existing piping and hardware inside and outside of the wet well. <br /> 6. Remove existing pump shoes and replace with new connection pump shoes. <br /> 7. Remove existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and replace it with a <br /> new one. <br /> 8. Remove existing asphalt paving and replace with new asphalt concrete (AC) <br /> pavement. <br /> 9. Provide new manhole for bypass pumping purposes. <br /> 10. Provide new recycled water service. <br /> C. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant shall perForm and provide the following: <br /> TASK 1 —PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> This task includes the overall management of the project. This task includes but <br /> is not limited to the following: <br /> 1. Provide project coordination; communicating project issues with the City; <br /> setting up the project plan, design schedule including developing the <br /> project work plan; preparing a project schedule as well as monitoring and <br /> updating that schedule; tracking and reporting job progress. <br /> 2. Perform Quality Control Reviews and Quality Assurance of submittals. <br /> 3. Attend five (5) meetings with City staff; Project kick-off meeting, 75% <br /> Design Review meeting, 100% Final Design review meeting, pre-bid <br /> meeting and pre- construction meeting. <br /> TASK 2—SURVEYING AND UTILITIES RESEARCH <br /> This tasks includes the surveying and utilities research for the project. The tasks <br /> includes, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Research and review the existing utilities from City as-built plans and <br /> private utility companies. <br /> 2. Prepare the topographic base mapping for the project. All surface <br /> features (e.g. drain inlets, trees, water valves, etc.), utility information <br /> and base mapping approximately 20 feet beyond the limits of the project <br /> shall be included. <br /> 3.
