Additional considerations included Vision Internet’s ability to accommodate seamless <br />interoperability between the existing myRWC service request application and an <br />established track record for producing a sound mobile platform that effectively <br />accommodates smart phone, tablet, and other mobile device users. For specific <br />services and a scope of work please refer to the attached Website Development <br />Services Agreement and VisionLine Subscription Services Agreement. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council could decline the motion to approve the proposed contract at this time and <br />direct City staff to proceed with further analysis. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Sufficient funds are available within the appropriation the Council has previously <br />approved. The cost of the web site redesign is $74,755. There is an annual cost of <br />$7,800 which includes web site maintenance, hosting services, upgrades for the <br />VisionCMS system, and newly developed content management system components.
