We <br />guarantee a maximum 48 hours turnaround for <br />most support issues, most of which are <br />handled in under an hour of reporting. Our <br />phone and email support hours are 6:00 am – <br />6:00 pm PST, Mondays to Fridays. <br />Provide emergency <br />telephone support with 4 <br />hour response from 5:01 <br />PM to 6:59 AM PST Monday <br />– Friday and on weekends <br />and holidays.
