ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the amendment, not provide landscape <br />maintenance services to Garfield School playing fields, and forgo $60,595 that would <br />have been paid to the City. <br /> <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Calculations for maintenance services including staff time, equipment use, and field <br />products were used to determine the yearly services. For the remainder of FY 14-15 <br />and for FY 15-16, the County will pay the City in the amount of $60,595. <br /> <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This action is not a “project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act because it will not result in a direct physical change in the environment nor a <br />reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
