P- 2245 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE MARINA <br /> BANDSTAND PUBLIC ACCESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT <br /> THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING <br /> RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P-2239, adopted July 30, 2014, <br /> by the Board of Port Commissioners, the Port Executive Director requested bids <br /> for the Marina Bandstand Public Access Improvement Project at the Port of <br /> Redwood City, Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, Four (4) bids were received for the perFormance of said work <br /> and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, Suarez and Munoz Construction, Inc. of Hayward, California, <br /> is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Board of <br /> Port Commissioners to award said bid to Suarez and Munoz Construction, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
