That certain agreement entitled, "AgreemenY' by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br /> through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and Suarez <br /> and Munoi Construction, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the Port Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director and the <br /> Port Executive Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> 3. Any and all informalities or irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> Suarez and Munoz Construction, Inc. are hereby waived. <br /> 4.
