<br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Gasparini determined it was the consensus of the Council to <br />delay decision on the Westport Development until January 30,1995 if that could be <br />worked out with the developer; and asked that all available information requested by <br />Council at this meeting be submitted to the Council as soon as possible. <br /> MEMO 1/18/95 <br />Vice Mayor Hartnett referred to fees mentioned in Paragraph 5 b., asked that the <br />language be more specific as to what the developer would not be charged. <br /> MEMO 1/18/95 <br />Vice Mayor Hartnett referred to the lighting issue and asked that the developer be <br />required to take care of that, and asked that participation in a shuttle arrangement also <br />be included in the agreement. <br /> MEMO 1/18/95 <br />Councilwoman Howard also asked that a shuttle arrangement be included but the <br />word free should be eliminated to allow the developer to work out an arrangement with <br />the tenants; traffic solutions were long overdue in Redwood Shores and the Council <br />should start now. <br />Councilwoman Steinfeld said discussion of a shuttle service before the traffic <br />assessment district is formed is premature and would put an onus on one particular <br />developer.
