In order for <br /> the City to continue to reserve the allocation, the applicant would need to obtain <br /> their planning entitlement within 15-months of the "deemed complete" date, and <br /> would need to secure the associated building permit within 12-months of <br /> planning entitlement approval. If the applicant fails to meet either timeframe, the <br /> reservation would expire. <br /> 2. In the case that two applications are deemed complete on the same <br /> day, the City will first reserve MAD allocation for the project that was submitted <br /> first. <br /> 3. As applications are found to be complete and "reserved", the floor <br /> area will be noted against the remaining floor area in the DTPP and posted on <br /> the City's website. <br /> 4. If the application is found to be incomplete, the applicant must <br /> resubmit application materials per the completeness check letter issued by the <br /> Community Development Department. For each subsequent submittal, staff will <br /> complete the standard 30-day completeness check and issue an application <br /> status letter. Floor area will not be "reserved" until an application is deemed <br /> complete. <br /> 5. If an application is denied or if a complete application expires, the <br /> "reserved" floor area will become available for another applicant. <br /> 6.
