. The hoses are rolled up on�ree large hydra.ulic reels designed to save time during the roll�out and mll�xp process. . Two sets of hose ramps are supplied for tra�ic use. • The hose reels aze attached to and powered by a small forklift that piggy backs onto the back of the trailer. The forklift is a Burro model from the Quality Corporation out of Denver Co,which can lift 3,000 lbs. The Burno model weighs approx 1,4001bs. The Burno is powered by a 13 HP Honda gasoline engine and utilizes hydraulics wlrich also powers the reels. The top speed for the Burro is 3 mph and is a walk-behind model. The Burro is equipped with an orange emergency sirobe plus forward and back facing lighting for night operations. • A power inverter is installed on the truck to power the turbidity meters,the flow meter and the disinfedion systems. • There are two(2")pressure relief valves on the NO-DES Truck Unit. • There are two air relief valves on each filter vessel. . There is a 6"one-way check valve installed. • Four(4) 6"aluminum ells are included(45 and 90 degrees). • Two 4-1/2"hydrant thread by 5"Storz adapters are included. . Two hydrant wrenches a�two storz wrenches are included. . Two sets of 2-1/2"to 5"Storz hychant adapters systems are included. • There are three test taps located in front of the control cerner—one each prior to each filter inlet, and one each after each filter outlet. • The truck will come with a"headache rack"for mourning emergency lighting. • The truck bed will have a ladder and railings for safety. Control Panel Specs: • There is a flow meter with a remote read display for attaining exact flow information, and a Totalizer for tracicing use. • There are truck engine pump(PTO)controls. . Two HACH turbidity meters are standard(inside the control panel). One turbidity meter for testing inlet water that is prior to the pump (at the inlet) and one turbidity meter for testing outlet water that is testing water at the oudet of the polishing filter. • Disinfedion equipment included thxt pmvides for the addition of disinfectants as determined by the Buyer • Pressure gauges are located on the control panel to aid in system operation monitoring and control. Filter Bag Replacement Restrictions Buyer must replace the standard #2, 1 micron absolute filter bags with authorized Fil-Trek Replacement Bags.Fil-Trek 1 micron absolute pleated bags model#MPG-PO-1-2-BN. Faiture to use the above referenced authorized Fil-Trek replacement bags will void Seller's limited warranty in its entirety.
