Financing Contingency:None The NO-DES Truck Svstem.275 psi maa.,Specifications . The truck is a new 2014 or 2015 Fotd F 650 standas�d Cab model with a 18 ft metal flat bed. The maximum gross weight (GVWR) of �e truck unit is rated at 25,950 lbs (no CDL reqnired). Configured as our NO-DES 275 PSI Truck model,it will weigh approximately 22,0� lbs(dry)and 25,000 lbs(wet). No air brakes-No CDL requined. • The truck cab will be white per buyers request. • The pump is powered by the PTO(power take o�off of the truck's engine a�transmission. The main water circulation pump is comprised of a Durco Process pump unit diat can operate at up to approximately 1,000 gpm to 1,700 gpm (based on the size of main, distance between hydrants/blow-offs and filter loadings). This equaRes to being able to 8ush a maximum of 14" diameter water mains at 3 ft/sec velocity,and 12"mains at 5 ft/sec velocity. . The first stage filter has a 6"by�ass�at allows the operator to by�ass the first stage filter vessel when it becomes loaded(during a flushing run),which reduces mid-flush shut�lowns. The by-pass also can increase the flow,if desired when flushing laiger mains. • The control panel is installed on the curb side of the bed for safety. • The NO-DES system has two stainless steel filter housings manufactured by Fil-Tiek. A. The first filter housing is designed as a roughing filter utilizing 12 disposable filter�that filter out particulates down to 1 micron absolute. Appr�oximate service life is of the filter bags is estimated to be one flush to three weeks, depending on customer usage, condition of customer's distribution system and field conditions. The stainless stcel filter housings have a 8ow capability to filter approximaiely 2000 gpm,and a maximum pressure of 275 psig. Filter bag change out is at 20 psig differential head pressures. B. The second filter housing is designed as a back-up filter utilizing an additional 12 disposable filter bags, capable of filtering out particulates down to 1.0 micron absolute. Approximate service life is of the filter bags is estimated to be one flush to thnee weeks, depending on customer usage, condition of customer's distribution system and field conditions. The stainless steel filter housings have a flow capability to filter approximately 2000 gpm, and a maximum pressure of 275 psig. Filter bag change out is at 20 psig differential head pressures. • The NO DES Truck Unit comes with over 1,000 feet of 5 inch collapsible approved water transfer hose and fittings, with most of the hose in 100 feet lengths; and 400 feet of 2-1/2 inch hose for flushing smaller mains,water meter testing and other tasks that do not require the larger hose.
