17. SEVERABILITY. If any provisioq term or condition ofthe Purchase Agreement is found <br /> invalid or unenforcea.ble,the remaining provisions will be given effect as if the invalid or unenforceable <br /> provision were not a part of�e Purchase Agreement. <br /> 18. AMENDMENTS; WAIVER. This Purchase Agreement may not be amended except in <br /> a writing signed by the audiorized representatives of both parties. No waiver of any provision of the <br /> Purchase Ageement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by the party sought to be charged <br /> the�with. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of the Purchase Agreement shall not <br /> constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time. <br /> 19. LATE FEES. In the event that Buyer fails to pay any amounts under this Purchase <br /> Ageement when due,then Seller may charge interest on such late payments until paid at a rate equal to the <br /> lesser of(i) one and one half percent per month and (ii) the maximum rate of interest pemutted wlder <br /> applicable law. <br /> 20. SURVIVAL.
