The proposed Housing Element will not directly result in construction of any <br /> development or infrastructure, but future residential development supported by the policies of the updated <br /> Housing Element can be expected to produce additional traffic. However, since the Housing Element will not <br /> alter any land use designations that will affect the traffic impacts presented in the General Plan EIR, no <br /> additional impacts beyond those analyzed in the General Plan will occur. Therefore, proposed Housing <br /> Element will not result in any impacts that were not addressed in the General Plan EIR. Impacts will be less <br /> than significant. <br /> b) Less than Significant Impact. The Congestion Management Program (CMP) is administered by the <br /> City /County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C /CAG).
