As of 2014, projects <br /> proposing a combined total of 1,259 units have been proposed <br /> within Downtown. However, the plan only permits a total of <br /> 2,500 new housing units. <br /> Objective: <br /> Evaluate development allowances permitted within the <br /> Downtown Precise Plan area.
