Through the Inner Harbor <br /> Specific Plan process, continue to evaluate ways to facilitate <br /> floating <br /> • Proactively update the Zoning Ordinance to accommodate <br /> emerging housing types as new innovative projects are <br /> proposed. <br /> Timeframe: Ongoing <br /> Responsible Party: Community Development; City Manager <br /> Office <br /> Funding Sources: General Fund <br /> Outreach, Education <br /> Program H-19: Fair Housing Services. The City affirmatively furthers fair <br /> housing and supports fair housing organizations that seek to <br /> eliminate housing discrimination, and refers all alleged cases of <br /> housing discrimination to housing rights organizations. An <br /> important tool of the City's Fair Housing efforts is providing <br /> education to landlords and tenants to help them both meet <br /> their obligations under the law and to support clean, safe, <br /> sanitary housing in Redwood City. <br /> Objectives: <br /> • Continue to assist households with fair housing services <br /> through the support of fair housing services. <br /> • Continue to support equal opportunity lending programs <br /> and ensure that non-discriminatory practices will be <br /> followed in the selection of residents for participation in <br /> housing programs. <br /> • Continue to provide information on housing discrimination <br /> and the resources available to victims of discrimination, in <br /> Page H - 1 6 6 Redwood City General Plan <br /> RESO. # 15376 <br /> MUFF # 301 <br />
