Achieving consensus on housing policy and <br /> proposed housing developments can be a difficult process. <br /> Through active and continued dialogue with stakeholders and <br /> neighborhood groups, the likelihood of achieving neighborhood <br /> consensus for new developments is increased significantly. <br /> Redwood City supports efforts to help residents be more <br /> informed about housing facts, which will help them provide <br /> sound direction on housing solutions. Redwood City's Housing <br /> and Human Concerns Committee has an Ad Hoc Committee that <br /> can help facilitate this outreach plan.
