• Respond to comments on and finalize the memorandum (the contents of the <br /> memorandum also will be incorporated into the Addendum) <br /> If the CEQA evaluation reveals a new significant environmental impact or a substantial <br /> increase in the severity of a previously identified significant impact, or if a new mitigation <br /> measure is identified which is considerably different from those identified in the DTTP <br /> EIR, Consultant will inform the City immediately to discuss how to proceed (e.g., <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration, Supplemental EIR). <br /> Note: this Addendum assumes that the City would not need to revise any Plan area- <br /> wide development standards contained in the DTPP — for example, related to allowable <br /> heights, building form, or historic resources — nor would the City need to revise any <br /> specific locations (properties)where the standards apply. <br /> Also note: this proposal does not include an evaluation of the consistency of a DTPP <br /> capacity exchange with the City's General Plan (e.g. Housing Element, land use <br /> projections). <br /> In addition, the proposal assumes that: (1) the City will provide a memo with <br /> calculations, (e.g. based on the City's Attachment Q) describing how the capacity <br /> exchange would affect the City water supply (positively or negatively) and its <br /> relationship to the Urban Water Management Plan; and (2) in collaboration with Fehr & <br /> Peers, the City will provide an updated list of cumulative projects in Redwaod City, <br /> including those project that have been constructed ar withdrawn since the DTPP EIR <br /> analysis. <br /> Ten (10) hard copies plus an electronic copy of the Administrative Draft will be provided <br /> to City staff. The number of copies can be revised as requested by City staff. <br /> Task 3. Preparation of Screencheck EIR Addendum <br /> Consultant will prepare a Screencheck version of the Addendum based on: (1) City staff <br /> concurrence that the Administrative Draft findings are consistent with CEQA Guidelines <br /> section 15164 (Addendum to an EIR or Negative Declaration)—i.e., an Addendum does <br /> represent the proper CEQA approach; and (2) comments from City staff on the <br /> Administrative Draft. Prior to publication, an electronic version of the Screencheck will <br /> be provided to City staff for final review and approval. <br /> Task 4. Preparation of Published EIR Addendum <br /> Based on City staff comments/approval of the Screencheck, any necessary final <br /> revisions will be completed, and thirty (30) hard copies plus an electronic version of the <br /> published Addendum will be delivered to the City.
