7.1.B. - Page 11 <br /> Communications <br /> Bi- Weekly e -mail updates that include the current status of the project will be provided by <br /> RWCPM to FCPM. <br /> FCPM and RWCPM will be cc on all communications between RWCIT and either FCHR or <br /> FCIT. <br /> Communication from either party requiring a response shall include a requested respond by <br /> date. The recipient shall acknowledge receipt of said communication within one business day <br /> and include their expected ability to meet the requested respond by date. An alternative <br /> response date will be proposed by the recipient, and agreed to by both parties, if the recipient is <br /> unable to meet the initial respond by date. <br /> If any resource is to be out of the office for more than one business day, they will notify the other <br /> party of the dates they will be out of the office and include an alternative contact who will be <br /> responding on their behalf during their absence. <br /> At a minimum, monthly in- person status update meetings will be scheduled and agreed to by <br /> the PMs of both agencies. Required attendees are RWCPM, RWCIT, FCPM, and FCHR. <br /> Additional ad -hoc meetings may be scheduled by both PMs if needed for any reason. Required <br /> participants will be dependent upon the topic and objective of the meeting. The PM for each <br /> agency will be responsible for scheduling the required resource for their respective agency. <br /> Data Migration <br /> RWC is responsible for the data migration of all existing data into the new system. RWC will <br /> allow customer sufficient time to test the accuracy of the data migration before going live. Foster <br /> City will test the data migration in a timely manner after being notified prior going live. After <br /> testing, Foster City will communicate to RWC in writing or email that the data migration is <br /> accurate and acceptable. The system will not go live until both parties have agreed the data <br /> migration was successful. <br /> Server / Hosting and Development Resources <br /> Foster City currently pays a hosted provider for the necessary resources to host the application <br /> and will continue to be responsible for all hosting and licensing fees required for this version. <br /> RWC will be developing the application using its own resources and is responsible for all <br /> development and licensing fees required for development. <br /> Technology <br /> CalOpps interfaces will be developed using Microsoft® .NET architecture.
