ISSUANCE — CONDITIONS PREREQUISITE: <br /> Parking mctcr loading zonc hoods Temporary parking meter permits shall only be <br /> issued by the City Engineer Collector after due application as provided in this Division <br /> when traffic and parking conditions indicate that there is a need to limit the parking by <br /> the general public during certain specified dates and times in certain parking areas <br /> within a the parking meter zone for the purpose of allowing construction activity, <br /> merchandise or materials to be loaded and unloaded, or temporary parking to <br /> accommodate the adjacent property during certain times. <br /> Sec. 20.162. APPLICATION —FORM; INFORMATION REQUIRED: <br /> Application for the issuance of a temporary parking meter permit parki motor l <br /> zone -heed shall be made on a form approved by the City Engineer Collector, and shall <br /> require the following information: <br /> A. Name and address of applicant and the place of business for which the <br /> application is being submitted hood will be used. <br /> B. A statement of the reasons for the need for a temporary parking meter <br /> permit parki motor hood! <br /> C. The dates, times and parking space meter number(s) for which the <br /> temporary parking meter permit is being requested The estimated hours of the day <br /> D. Such other relevant information as the City Engineer Collector may <br /> require. <br /> Sec. 20.163.
