TEMPORARY PARKING METER PERM /TSPECIFICATIONS; TO <br /> REMAIN PROPERTY OF CITY; NUMBERING: <br /> on thc hood will permit. The hood shall rcmain thc property of thc City. If a temporary <br /> parking meter permit is issued, the City Engineer shall issue the permit together with a <br /> "No Parking" placard for each parking space being reserved, which placard shall be an <br /> official City sign informing the public that parking is prohibited in that space except as <br /> permitted by the temporary parking meter permit. The applicant may attach the placard <br /> to an applicant - provided parking space barrier. All placards remain the property of the <br /> City and must be returned by the applicant to the City within two business days of the <br /> expiration or revocation of the Temporary Parking Meter Permit. <br /> The City Engineer Collector may require each placard deed to be numbered or <br /> otherwise identified and may print thereon the parking space number, dates and hours <br /> during which it may be utilized. <br /> Sec. 20.165.
