The turf�etds were instailed approximately eight years aga and have roached the end of their functional 1ife. The playing fields are used year round far saoc�r, basebaft, so#�bali, and other feld sports by b�th the !a�( cummunity and vi��ing tout�naments. Red Mortan Park is the main City park and is nelied upon by the enfire camrnunity for recreation and open space. GvnsequentEy, coordinating the construction to minimize disrup#ion to #he community is an essetrtial compone�t o# ti�is praject. Simitarly, the tennis courts are refied upon for public play, tou�narr�r►#s, and lessons, thus requiring caardinatian and a�utreach to that specif`�c cammunity.
