Consultant shall obtain an+d maint�in for the duration of the Agreement and any and all amendments, lnsurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage #o property which may arise aut o�' or in connection with pe�formance of the Services by Cansultant ar Gonsultant's age�ts, representatives, employees or subcQr�tractors. The insurance carrier is required to maintain an A.M, Best rating of not less than �A-: Vll". 11.1 Covera�es and Limits. Consultant, at its sole �xpense, sha#i maintain the types of cwverages and minimum limits indicated below, unless otherwise approved by City in writing. These minimum amounts of coverage will not r�nstitute any iimitations or cap on Consultant`s indemn�cation obiigations under this Agreement. 11.1.1 Commerciai Generai Liabiti#y Insurance. Consuitant shall maintain accurrenr.e based coverage with timits nc�t less than $1,000,400 per occurrence, if the submitted policies contain aggregate limits, such limits will apply separately to the Servic,es, project, or locatian fhat is the subject of this Agreem�n# or the aggregate wifl be twice the required per occurrence timit. The Commerciat Generai Liability insurance policy shall be endorsed to name the City, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as additionai insur�d5, and to sta#e that the insurance will be primary and not aantribute with any insurance or self-insurance mainta�ned by the City, 11.1.2 Business Automobile Liability insurance. Consultan# shall maintain coverage with limit� not tess #han $1,000,�00 per each accident for owned, hired and non-owned automobiles. 11.'1.3 Workers' Compensatic�n insurance. Cansuttant shalt maintain coverage as required by the Califomia Labar t;t�de. The Workers' Compensation paliey shall contain �n endorsement stating that the insurer waives any right t4 subrogation against the City, its a�cers, agents, employees and volunteers.
