Monthly Reports � <br /> Mr. Weeks indicated that with the end of the constraints on water usage, <br /> the landscaping and turfing of the parks at Redwood Shores will be planned <br /> for this spring. <br /> MOTION: Commissioner Pound moved, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Weintraub, to accept the monthly reports as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> COMMITTEE SCHEDULING <br /> The following Corr�nittee meetings were scheduled: <br /> Budget Committee - Wednesday, February 22 - 4:15 p.m. <br /> Policy Committee - Wednesday, March 1 - 4:00 p.m. <br /> ROUND TABLE • <br /> Commissioner Anderson asked if an inspection could be made of the island <br /> at Jefferson & Highland as the s�hrubs have grown so tall that it is <br /> difficult to see oncoming cars. Mr. Weeks indicated that an inspection <br /> will be made of the area and corrections made. <br /> MOTION: There being no further business, Comnissioner <br /> Weintraub moved, seconded by Commissioner Ander- <br /> son, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried <br /> unanimously by voice vote and the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 9:36 p.m. <br /> -3- <br />
