M . in Conference Room 1 at the Community Activities Build- <br /> ing, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue , Redwood City . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT : Commissioners Aldrich , Knecht , Pound , ( arrived 7 : 53 P . M . ) <br /> Rollins , Schlesinger , Weintraub , Wilson <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br /> STAFF PRESENT : Director Max C . The motion carried <br /> unanimously by voice vote . <br /> Mr . Weeks indicated that the Commission had received correspondence which was <br /> directly related to Agenda Item 1 and could be referred to when the Commission <br /> is considering that item . Additionally , he indicated that the correspondence <br /> from the California Park and Recreation Society was confirmation of Commissioners <br /> Schlesinger and Knecht ' s registration for the state conference . The Commission <br /> also received a summary of the proposed projects for the Capital Improvement <br /> Program . Mr . Weeks stated that the Capital Improvement Committee would not <br /> have an opportunity to report in written form but would do so verbally later in <br /> the agenda . <br /> AGENDA ITEM 1 . Discussion of Soccer letter from Mr . Amador Bustos of the <br /> Asociacion Civil Hidalgo <br /> Mr . Weeks stated that this matter had been referred to the Commission from the <br /> City Council . He further indicated that timing had prevented the subject from <br />
