p <br /> Reservation Policy <br /> 1 . Reservations for regularly scheduled periods may be made only by Groups I , <br /> II , III and IV . Group IV must be clearly service -oriented specifically <br /> for Redwood City . These reservations will be in effect through the months <br /> of January through December . <br /> 2 . Groups V & VI may make reservations for single events only . <br /> 3 .
