M . in Conference Room 1 at the Community Activities <br /> Building , 1400 Roosevelt Avenue , Redwood City . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT : Commissioners Aldrich , Knecht , Rollins , Schlesinger , <br /> and Wilson <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT : Commissioners Pound and Weintraub <br /> STAFF PRESENT : Director Max C . Weeks <br /> Administrative Assistant Tom Ferrando <br /> Park Superintendent Pasco Balzarini <br /> Recreation Superintendent Bill Paulson <br /> AUDIENCE PRESENT : Eric Dremann , 262A Santiago Avenue , <br /> Karen Thomas , 2602 Goodwin Avenue <br /> Ruth Kraft , 2214 Roosevelt Avenue <br /> Gi g i Obl i n , 717 Alameda <br /> Becky Francis , 3130 Wessex Way <br /> Mary Rollins , 2011 Redwood Avenue <br /> Bill Stanek , 2 Estrada Place <br /> Dianna Millikan , 531 Woodside Road . , # 213 <br /> Rick Brown , 528 Douglas <br /> Marin Aldrich , 74 Nevada <br /> MOTION : Commissioner Rollins moved to accept and approve <br /> the minutes of the February 11 , 1976 regular busi - <br /> ness meeting and the minutes of the adjourned <br /> meeting of February 19 , 1976 , seconded by Commissioner <br /> Wilson . The motion carried unanimously by voice <br /> vote . <br /> Since not all commissioners had received a copy of the announcement , Mr . <br /> Weeks briefed the Commission on the upcoming Advisory , Commissioners Work- <br /> shop . He stated that the workshop was being presented by the California <br /> Association of Park and Recreation Commissioners and Board Members Section <br /> of CPRS and being co - sponsored by the San Mateo County Parks & Recreation <br /> Commission . The session content would deal with the organization and <br /> role of commissions . Mr . Weeks asked those commissioners interested in <br /> attending to contact him to arrange reservations . <br /> Mr . Weeks indicated that the Commission had received an invitation from <br /> the Peninsula Hills Junior Women ' s Club to attend their annual Antique Show . <br /> The club had forwarded several discount tickets for the commissioners ' use . <br />
