A . <br /> MOTION : Commissioner Weintraub moved to accept and <br /> approve the minutes of the October 13 , 1976 <br /> regular business meeting , seconded by Commis - <br /> sioner Knecht . The motion carried unanimously <br /> by voice vote . <br /> Chairperson Pound welcomed the GAP students present and invited them to <br /> feel free to participate in the meeting . She also welcomed the various <br /> senior citizens in the audience and asked that if they wish to address <br /> the Commission , that they identify themselves for purposes of the minutes . <br /> - 1 - <br />
