CIVIC CULTURAL COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> September 2 , 1976 Page 3 <br /> September 29 , at the Veterans Memorial Building . The Council <br /> will act on it on October 11 , and all departmental codes will <br /> be approved at that time . There will be a 30-day period after <br /> approval by the Council to allow filling out the forms . One <br /> copy of the form will be kept on file in the department and <br /> another copy in the City Clerk ' s office . The Commission mem- <br /> bers were invited to join the Parks & Recreation Commission at <br /> the Community Activities Building at 8 : 00 , p . m . , September 8 . <br /> A representative of the City Attorney ' s Office will be there <br /> to answer questions . <br /> REPORTS : <br /> 1 . Mrs . Kennedy thanked Mr . Weeks for the support he <br /> had given to the Sister City booth at the San Mateo <br /> County Fair , and reported generally on the conduct <br /> of the Art Section of the Fair , at which she and <br /> other Commissioners had served as hosts . <br /> 2 . Marcia Poncia was congratulated on receiving the <br /> second place award for the fireplug which she <br /> painted. at Arguello and California Streets , She <br /> also painted a plug at the corner by Levy ' s . <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10 : 15 , p . m . <br /> MARCIA PONCIA , Chairman <br />
