Service <br /> clubs , churches , and political clubs . could be encouraged to <br /> set up programs to provide skills and muscle for elderly <br /> homeowners for rehabilitation and maintenance . <br /> Motion was made by Mayor Keckley to adjourn at 8 : 50 a. m. Motion was <br /> duly seconded and passed. <br />
