The City would assure that
these units would provide amenities , such as gardens and patios .
Making attractive alternative housing available to older citizens
whose families have left home would free some of the single-family
dwellings in which they live .
ACTION 3 :
The City would charge a fee to all private developers , the
proceeds of which would be placed into a fund for use by the City
in providing technical and/or financial relocation assistance to
those displacees eligible for such assistance , who are displaced
as a result of a private development . A developer whose proposed
project would cause the displacement of persons shall submit evi-
dence to the City of available housing for such displacees .
ACTION 4 :
The City will pursue the concept of a centralized , countywide
relocation agency.
