11,4 Failure to Maintain Gaveraae. If Gansultant fails ta comply with these insurance requirements, then City will have the option to declare Gonsultant in breach, or may purchase replacement insurance or pay the premiums that are due a�n existing policies in arder to maintain the required coverages. Consultant is respvnsible far any payments made by �ity to obtain c�r maintain insurance and City may collect these payments frQm Consultant or deduct the amount paid from any sums due Consul#ant under this Agreement. 11.5 Submission of Insurance Policies. Consulfant will maintain complete a�d accurat� recards with respecf to costs incurred under this Agreement. All records will be clearly identifiable. Consultant wiil �Ilow a representative af +�ity during normal business hours to examine, autiit, and make transcripts or copies of recards and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant will allow inspection of all wo�-!c, data, documents, proc�edings, and activities related t4 the Agreement far a period af three (3) years from the date of final payment urrder this Agreemer�t. 14. t�wnership +of Documents.
