7.1.B. - Page 3 <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> The cost of the recommended contracts is budgeted in the Fiscal Year 2014 Operating <br /> Budget, and is expected to be sufficient to cover the cost of services provided in the <br /> contracts. Work performed by the consultants would be primarily for "cost- recovery" <br /> projects. "Cost- recovery" projects are those where the costs associated with City staff <br /> and consultant time expenditures are recovered through deposit accounts funded by <br /> project applicants.
