Notice of CanceFlation. This insurance �II be in force durir�g the life of the <br /> Agreement and any extensions of it and will not be canceled without Consultant <br /> providing thirty (30) days pric�r written notice to City sent pursuant to the Notice <br /> provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 11.3 Providin� Certificates of �nsurance and Endarsements. P�r to City's <br /> execution of this Agreement, Consuitant shall provide to City eertif'�cates of <br /> insurance and above-referenced endorsements suffic�ent to satisfaction of City's <br /> Risk Manager. In no event shail Consultant commence any work or provide any <br /> Services under this Agreement until certificates of insurance and endarsements <br /> have been accepted by City's Risk Manager. <br /> 91.4 Failure to Mafnt�ain Coveraqe. If Consul�nt faiis to comply with these <br /> insurance requirements, #hen City will have the op#ion to declare Consul#ant in <br /> breach� or may purchase replacement insurance or pay tfie premiums that are <br /> due on existing poiicies in order to maintain the required coverages.
