Ownershia of po�uments. Atl work product produced by Consultant or its agents, <br /> employees, and subcontractars pursuant to this Agreement is the property of City. In the <br /> event this Agreement is termina#ed, ail work product produced by Consultant or i#s <br /> agents, empioyees �nd subcontra�tors pursuant to this Agreement v�11 be delivered to <br /> City pursuant to the termination clause of this Agreement.
