Redwood City 2020 Executive Team <br /> Role: Oversees .operational coordination of Redwood City 2020 initiatives by providing <br /> supervision and direction to the Executive Director, reviewing program data, making <br /> recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and resource issues, <br /> identifying problems, developing suggestions for solutions, building and maintaining <br /> collaborative relationships, supporting and advising the Executive Director, as well as <br /> development and monitoring of resources, and promoting integration of efforts. <br /> Membership: Each Redwood City 2020 partner organization that contributes at least $25,000 <br /> per year to support the collaborative is entitled to membership on the Executive Team. <br /> Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization or serve at the <br /> senior management level. <br /> Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be <br /> responsible for leading the meetings of the Executive Team, serving as liaison between the <br /> Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and working with the Executive Director to <br /> develop meeting agendas. <br /> Meeting: The Executive Team will meet six (6) times annually, in August, September, <br /> November, January, March, and June from 9 AM — 10:30 AM at the City of Redwood City, <br /> Conference Room 26, City Hall. <br /> The dates selected for 2014-2015 include: <br /> Wednesday, August 13, 2014, from 9 AM— 10:30 AM (Joint Policy Meeting) <br /> Wednesday, September 24, 2014, from 9 AM— 10:30 AM <br /> Wednesday, November 19, 2014, from 9 AM— 10:30 AM <br /> Wednesday, January 21, 2015, from 9 AM— 10:30 AM <br /> Wednesday, March 18, 2015, from 9 AM— 10:30 AM <br /> Wednesday, June 24, 2015, from 9 AM— 10:30 AM <br /> REV:i1-06-14 MLG <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br /> ,ATTY/AGR.2014.240/Membership Agreement JGC 2014-2015 <br />
