City Council Member Report of Conferences Attended <br /> Council Member Bain spoke about a news article and shared a picture of a property at <br /> 103 Wilson Street and how this house is for sale for $1. He alluded to other historical <br /> downtown districts namely - Centennial and Stambaugh Heller and how this sale of this <br /> property may be an opportunity to beautify the community, and how innovation might <br /> come into play in these situations. He also viewed this as a possibility to add to these <br /> districts with properties such as the one mentioned above. <br /> This Council Member also suggested having these properties go through the Historic <br /> Resources Advisory Committee (HRAC) for review and options.
