C. City Manager (Oral) Update <br /> Dr. Bell, City Manager, reported that the Housing Element was certified and he <br /> congratulated ever�rone for the work on it. He mentioned that Hometown Holidays will <br /> be on December 6 . He added that City staff is modeling the use of surplus bikes for <br /> Community Development staff to use retired bicycles to go to the corporation yard to <br /> pick up an electric vehicle for city business use, and modeling some of the things we <br /> offer in our community. <br /> D.
