Agency Tools Interface <br /> This section allows an agency to edit their profile,view the login history of their users (HR and Departments), <br /> and view FAQ and documentation. <br /> List of all agencies in CalOpps with their contact information is also available. <br /> 4.1. Buttons available on main landing page: Logout, Exit Tools,Search. <br /> 4.2. Three graphic menu buttons for Edit Agency Info, Login History, FAQs. <br /> 4.3. Bottom half of screen is list of all agencies. <br /> 4.4. Edit Agency Information Interface <br /> 4.4.1.Multiple screens are available to allow an agency to edit information. <br /> 4.4.2.Allows agency to save after each edit <br /> 4.4.3.Steps Numbers on top to navigate to specific step. <br /> 4.5. Basic Agency Information Page(Step 1) <br /> Basic information used to poputate the public facing website, allows end user the HR Admin password and <br /> Agency Main Contact information <br /> Logo: Site Administrator uploads the logo, agency can't upload because the size needs to be maintained <br /> 100x100 jpg. <br /> 4.6. Agency Description (Step 2) <br /> Used in public facing listing for agency to provide additional information unique to their agency <br /> 4.7. Miscellaneous Information (Step 3) <br /> 4.7.1.Sets Record Retention Schedule <br /> 4.7.2.Advertise Only <br /> If an agency only contracts with CalOpps for job postings only this will be checked YES.Agency has no way <br /> to change, controlled by CalOpps Administrator. <br /> 4.7.3.Post Only Internships <br /> If an agency only contracts with CalOpps for posting Internships this check box will be checked and it cannot <br /> be changed. _ <br /> 4.7.4. Collect Data <br /> Agency chooses to collect EEO or Veteran's Preference Information as part of the application submittal. <br /> 4.7.5.Media Sources <br /> Agencies can specify the names of the media sources they used to advertise for tracking purposes.Question <br /> on application is"How Did you hear about the job?" <br /> 4.7.6.Work Locations <br /> Work locations can be added to recruitments,agencies can predefine them here for use later. <br /> 4.8. Legal Information for Application Submittal (Step 4) <br /> Each agency can customize the legal information an applicant agrees to when they hit the submit button. <br /> 4.9. Customize Job Conviction/Discharge Questions(Step 5) <br /> Each agency can customize this language per their legal requirements. <br /> 4.10.
