Search Job Applicants: From this section,an agency can search for a candidate that has submitted an <br /> application to their agency. Can search by Last Name,and email address. <br /> 7.2. Search for potential candidates based on a job category. Based on job category can see a list that includes <br /> name,job categories selected, location designation as preferred work location. <br /> Click on name and profile will be displayed. <br /> 8. Authorizatian <br /> Allows agency administrator to give other HR and Department users'appropriate level of access. In this section <br /> you choose the type of user(HR or Department),create User Login parameters and assign appropriate <br /> authorizations. <br /> 8.1. Configure User Access and Security Parameters: <br /> 8.2. User Information: User Login is an email addresses. <br /> 8.3. HR User Options: <br /> First section a user is given access to functions. <br /> Full Access to everything in CalOpps for that agency or limited access by Function. Full Access for an HR <br /> user does not give them access to Tools.Only one person in each agency has this, and it is the first person <br /> setup by the CalOpps Administrator. <br /> By Function: <br /> Reports,Templates, Create Recruitments,Authorize Users, Notifications. <br /> Select the level as appropriate. If you choose all that is the same as Full Access. <br /> Recruitments: (HR User Setup) <br /> Agency staff can be given access to all recruitments or just specific recruitments. <br /> Authority level can be set to All Details which will give the ability to view all details of the recruitment. <br /> Process level the user can view and process for those recruitments. <br /> No Access will deny the HR staff person access to a specific recruitment <br /> There is a distinction between All Details and Process.All Details is a View Only, if you need them to <br /> process a specific recruitment then you give them Process level for that particular one, it includes the <br /> ability to view.An HR user could be given the ability to view All Details but only process certain <br /> recruitments. <br /> 8.4. Department User Options: <br /> Department Users are given access to a specific recruitment. Within each recruitment they are assigned <br /> the ability to View, Rate/Comment,View Process. If you assign them View Process the user will be able to <br /> view all the processes and results. Each level builds on the previous. <br /> View Applicant Information Authority Level: Can allow the department rater to view All Information,Age, <br /> Address, Conviction Information, Been Fired/Asked to Resign <br /> Page 3 of 16 <br />
