Edit Existing Users <br /> HR can edit an existing user from the same interface. <br /> Chose the existing user.Can duplicate the user to create another user. <br /> Can edit their authority levels. <br /> Can remove the user from access. <br /> 9. Greate a Recruitment <br /> Purpose of this section is to enter all necessary information to post a recruitment on the CalOpps site. Portions <br /> of this information are viewed by the potential applicants on the public facing site. <br /> Can create a new recruitment or start from an existing recruitment and copy to a New recruitment to edit as <br /> needed. <br /> Top Left has alt the step numbers,can navigate thru them. <br /> Save Progress Button on Step 2—6. <br /> 9.1. Step 1 Basic Information: Can choose existing or create new. <br /> Existing will pre-populate all the fields with the recruitments information. <br /> Currently open time is 3 am and Close time is 5:00 p.m. If not set this would stay the same. <br /> If no Agency Contact information is entered the contact name in the Agency setup is used. <br /> Continuous requires an opening date. <br /> Numbers are automatically assigned by the system. <br /> 9.2. Step 2 Job Announcement:Job Announcement is a formatted text block, URL Link to Job Announcement <br /> typically links to the agency's site. <br /> For agencies that are"Advertise Only"they need to use the Job Announcement formatted text block to <br /> enter directions on how to apply for the job. <br /> 9.3. Step 3 Ideal Candidate: is a formatted text block to Job Announcement, URL Link to Job Announcement <br /> typically links to the agency's site. <br /> 9.4. Step 4 Benefits: Drop down list to select from pre-defined list of existing benefit packages and a formatted <br /> text block. <br /> 9.5. Step 5 Special Instructions: Formatted Text block to allow any text needed. <br /> 9.6. Step 6 Questionnaires: <br /> Check Box: Include a Supplemental questionnaire with Job Application. <br /> If you check this box user can select an existing questionnaire or create a new one. Note:See <br /> Questionnaire Section#(12.3)for definition of this function. <br /> Check Box: �nclude a prequalification questionnaire with Job Application. <br /> Allows an agency to ask multiple Yes or No question. If the person responds No to any questions a <br /> message will appear that will explain the person doesn't meet the minimum qualifications. <br /> 9.7. Step 7 Confirmation Letter.There is a standard letter that is sent to all candidates that apply for the <br /> position. <br /> 9.8. Step 8 Final Information: <br /> Media Sources(How did you hear about the Job)—In the agency section default sources are listed.They are <br /> pre-populated here.They can be modified per recruitment.
