Managing Letters: <br /> Edit letters: Existing letters can't be edited;the system will ask you to create a new letter. <br /> Rename: Rename to a new name. , <br /> Disabled:Click to disable.Will appear greyed out.To Enable click the disable button. <br /> Share: Can allow other agencies to see and copy your letters. <br /> 12.5. Questionnaires: There are two types of questionnaires. Prequalification and Supplemental. <br /> Prequali�cation questions are those used to screen out applicants before they apply. For example if <br /> you must be 18 to apply for the position and the person lists age as 17,they would not be allowed <br /> to submit application. <br /> Supplemental questions are additional questions added by an agency to the base application that <br /> are unique for that specific recruitment. <br /> 12.5.1. New Questionnaire:Click on "Create a New Questionnaire" button new or can find a similar <br /> questionnaire and click on Edit/Copy to use as a base. <br /> Select Type(Pre or Supplemental). <br /> Need at least one question in order to activate the questionnaire. <br /> 12.5.2. Prequali�cation Question is Yes or No selection. If person answers No,the system displays a <br /> message indicating they have not met the minimum qualifications for the position and to contact the <br /> agency for further assistance. <br /> 12.5.3. Supplemental questions allow for multiple types of questions. Includes: <br /> a. Instructions: Allows agency to enter instructions and will appear first. <br /> b. Short Answer:Allows applicant a text box area to respond with 500 character limit. <br /> c. Long Answer: Allows applicant a text box area to respond with no limited typing area. <br /> d. Yes or No: Check box response. <br /> e. Multiple Choice—Allows only one choice. <br /> f. Multiple Choice—allows applicant to choose multiple answers. <br /> 12.5.4. Choose "Add New Question"to add. <br /> 12.5.5. Continue to add questions. <br /> 12.5.6. As long as the questionnaire has not been approved the questions can be edited or deleted. <br /> 12.5.7. Multiple Choice selections have a question component where you add in the choices. <br /> 12.5.8. Can reorder the questions. <br /> 12.5.9. Currently,click preview to view then approve. <br /> 12.5.10. Once Approved cannot edit the questions. <br /> 12.6. Managing Questionnaires: <br /> 12.6.1. Filter by type(Supplemental or Prequalification) <br /> 12.6.2. Sort by Agency, Name,Type, Newest, Recruitment Number <br /> 12.6.3. Display by(default it Active Only) Disabled, Incomplete,All <br /> 12.6.4. Find to search by word <br /> 12.6.5. List of Existing Questionnaire Columns:Type, Name,Agency <br /> 12.6.6. Select Questionnaire and Display, Edit/Copy, Rename,Share, Disable. <br /> 12.6.7. Display—will preview template. If incomplete can edit, if complete and click on edit will ask for a <br /> new name and create a new questionnaire. <br /> 12.6.8. Edit/Copy feature—Edit is only available on incomplete applications. Copy will duplicate the <br /> questionnaire, requires a rename. <br /> 12.6.9. Rename an existing questionnaire. <br /> 12.6.10.
