EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK and SCHEDULE <br /> CALOPPS DESIGN, PROGRAMMING AND APPLICATION SUPPORT <br /> What is CalOpps? <br /> CalOpps is a public employment job board owned and operated by public agencies. Public <br /> agencies use the site to post job openings, accept applications, and process applicants through <br /> the unique hiring processes for each agency. Currently there are over seventy agencies who <br /> use the system for various processes. Potential applicants can create an on-line personal profile <br /> to store contact information and job history. The personal profiles can be applied to any <br /> agency's open position. Currently there are over 72,600 active profiles on the site. The system <br /> is managed by the City of Foster City Human Resource Department and Information <br /> Technology Division. <br /> CalOpps the website, application code and data is the intellectual property of CalOpps and <br /> owned by CalOpps. City of Redwood City is hired to provide design, programming and <br /> application support. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Functional.requirements have been defined for each of the main sections: Agency Interface, <br /> Public Facing Interface, and Site Administration Interface. The detailed listing is documented in <br /> Exhibit D. <br /> Projected Timeline <br /> RWC will begin work on developing the system after contract signing.
