Communications <br /> Bi-Weetciy e-rnail updates tha# include the current status of th� project will be provided by <br /> RWCPM to FCPM. <br /> FCPM and RWCPM will bc�cc on ail communications between RWCIT and either FCHR or <br /> FCIT. <br /> Communir,ation fram �ither party requ'rring a response shaA includ� a requested respo.nd by <br /> date. The recipi�nt shall acknovnlledge receipt af said aammunication within one busin�ss day <br /> and include their expected abiii� to meet th� requested respond by date. An altemative <br /> response date will be proposed.by the reeipient, and agreed to by both parties, if the rscipient is <br /> unable to meet the initial respond by dafe. <br /> If any resource is to be out of the offi�for more th�n one business day, they will notify the other <br /> party of the dates they will be aut of the office and include an alternative contact who will be <br /> responding an their behalf during their absence. <br /> At a minimum, monthly in-person status updafie meetings vuili be scheduled and agreed to by <br /> the PMs of both agenGies. Required attendees are RWCPM, RWCIT, FCPM, �nd FCHR. <br /> Additional ad-hoc meetings may be sche�luled b�+ both PMs if needed fo�any reason. Required <br /> participants will be dependent upon the topic and abjective of the me�ting. The PM for each <br /> ag�ncy will be responsibFe for scheduling the required resource for their respective agency. <br /> Data Migration <br /> RWC is responsi�le for the data migration of all existing data into the new system. RWC will <br /> allow customer sufficient time to test the accuracy of the data migration befare going five. Foster <br /> City will test the data migration in a tirrteiy manner after being not�ed prior going live. After <br /> testing, Foster City v+rill communicate to RWC in writing ar emai! that the data migration is <br /> accurate and acceptabfe. The system will not go live until both pa�tiss have agreed #he data <br /> migration wa�suc;cessful. <br /> Server/ Hos#ing and Develo�ment Resources <br /> Foster Ci#y aurrently p�ys a h,osted provider for the nece.ssary resources to host the application <br /> and w'►II corrtinue to be responsible for a!I hosting and licensing fees required for this version. <br /> RWC wi11 be develaping the apptica#ion using 'rts own resources and is responsible far a11 <br /> de�relopment and licensing fees required for development. <br /> Technology <br /> CalOpps interface� will �be developed using MicrvsoftC� .NET architecture.
